A typical home inspection includes a thorough examination of the home's foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems and components. Our inspectors will provide you with a detailed report highlighting any issues or concerns they may find.

A Wind Mitigation Inspection may be a prerequisite to obtain homeowners insurance.  Our inspectors will provide you and your agent with a detailed report highlighting any issues or concerns they may find. 

A Wind Mitigation Inspection includes a thorough examination of the home's  roof, attic space, doors, and windows.  It targets the structural and nonstructural aspects that prevent or lessen damage caused by high winds that occur with storms. Our inspectors will provide you with a detailed report highlighting any issues or concerns they may find. 

A Four Point Inspection may be a prerequisite to obtain homeowners insurance particularly in older homes.  An insurance company wants to know that an older home has been well maintained, and  the major systems are in good working condition.  Our inspectors will provide you with a detailed report highlighting any issues or concerns they may find. 

A Four Point Inspection  includes a thorough examination of the home's electrical panel, plumbing, HVAC, and roof.  This type of an inspection is typically needed for an older home. Our inspectors will provide you with a detailed report highlighting any issues or concerns they may find. 

Depends on the type of inspection you are receiving.  For a full home, your presence is not required, but your inspector must have full access to the home to include the outside.  For a Wind Mitigation and a Four Point Inspection, your inspector must have your signature upon completion, therefore you or a representative must be present. 

Please read your inspection agreement found in your email upon scheduling. 

While not a requirement to have an inspection,  insurance agents do require certain documentation to verify any recent upgrades (i.e. roof, windows, and doors).  Roof permits may be obtained via your county office. A Roof Replacement Receipt may be used in lieu of a permit as long as the receipt has the date of installation.

Your inspection is not Pass or Fail.  Your report will be used to determine credits toward your home insurance premiums. Full Home Inspection reports are used to help you , buyer or seller, make an informed decision in regards to the purchase or sale of a home.

You may pay your inspector via cash, check, or credit/debit card (may have additional fees).

In most cases, our inspectors will produce a detailed report of your inspection within 24 hours.  Your report will NOT be viewable if your payment has not been received. A $25 return check fee will be applied on all return checks.
